Swedish Massage
Relaxation is the main focus of therapeutic massage. This massage uses a variety of strokes to relax and invigorate.
The increase of oxygen flow in the blood and the releasing toxins from your muscles will enhance your general well being.

Deep Tissue
Deep pressure massage that is applied with fingers, thumbs or elbows, this technique is used to release deeper tissues.
$75 – 1 hr $95 – 1 ½ hr
Trigger Point
This technique is also referred to as neuromuscular therapy. Deeply held points of tension block the proper flow of oxygen in the muscle. In trigger point therapy we release these points and allow the muscle to relax.

Sports Massage
Massage for any athlete pre- event or post- event. Pre- event is a quick rhythmic pumping to boost circulation and increase flexibility. This is used as a supplement to your warm-up. Post-event massage is used in recovery after competition and enhances general relaxation and mental calm.

Pregnancy Massage
Massage performed during pregnancy, with attention paid to the client’s special needs and conditions. This massage is done side lying so that there is no pressure on the baby.
Client must have doctor’s approval prior to massage.

Reflexology
Treating the reflex points found on hands and feet that respond to internal organs and tissues

Chair massage
Seated massage performed fully clothed and normally in a public or corporate setting. The neck and back are the primary focus on this massage, however, head, arms, hands may be worked depending on the length of the session.
$1 per minute, or $12 for 15 minutes

Massage with use of special oils to restore and heal
